Robert B. Cohen II
Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer

Robert joined Hudson Capital Properties in 2014 and has been an integral part of Hudson’s growth and strategy ever since. As the Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President, he is involved in all aspects of the business with an emphasis on transactions, capital markets, and business development. Robert focuses on maximizing value creation for Hudson and its investors by employing a personal approach to understanding the individual needs of every asset.

Steven Sprung
Founder & Managing Director

Steven is the Founder and Managing Director of Hudson Capital Properties. He started the company in 2009 along with James Cohen and is credited with sourcing many of the deals and partnerships that brought Hudson to where it is today. Phil joined Hudson in 2012 and is the executive team’s key advisor on strategic and tactical legal aspects of the business. Charlotte joined Hudson in 2019 with experiences in real estate investment and revenue management.
