In addition to his work with Hudson Capital Properties, James has an extensive and meaningful track record in the media and distribution industry having joined the family company Hudson Media in 1980, and served as the President and CEO since 1994.

Steven Sprung
Founder & Managing Director

Steven is the Founder and Managing Director of Hudson Capital Properties. He started the company in 2009 along with James Cohen and is credited with sourcing many of the deals and partnerships that brought Hudson to where it is today. Today, Steven is focused on business development and portfolio management.

Philip H. Meisner
General Counsel

Phil joined Hudson in 2012 and is the executive team’s key advisor on strategic and tactical legal aspects of the business. This includes the company’s financing, business structures, agreements and general business contracts. Phil is also responsible for the legal aspect of all business transactions surrounding Hudson’s real estate financing, acquisitions and dispositions, and maintaining Hudson’s overall operations in accordance with best practices.

Managing Director

Edward joined Hudson Capital Properties in 2015 and is a key member of the firm’s leadership team. Charlotte Wold

Charlotte is the Director of Investor Relations at Hudson Capital Properties. As the point person for all investors, she works closely with all other teams at Hudson to ensure transparency and to give investors the highest level of insights into existing and prospective investments. Prior to joining Hudson in 2017, Charlotte was an editor at Investopedia – a leading online source of explanatory financial content – and worked in financial accounting.

Prior to joining Hudson in 2021, Caroline practiced for ten years at two international law firms in the real estate and finance sectors.

Jesse T. Buchanan
Vice President of Construction Finance

Jesse is the Vice President of Construction Finance at Hudson Capital Properties. He oversees and directs the financial and accounting activities related to developments of new assets. With an extensive background in construction finance, he will establish consistent processes for new developments with special aim to reduce costs and enhance reporting. Jesse has over 20 years of construction finance experience related to homebuilding, land development, and real estate investments. Prior to joining Hudson in 2021, Jesse was the Vice President of Finance and Strategy at Gray Wolf Homes.

Angelica Hoyos
Vice President of Construction Services

Angelica Hoyos is a Vice President of Construction Services at Hudson Capital Properties. She is responsible for managing relationships with general contractors, architects, construction companies, municipal authorities, and financial institutions in Hudson’s projects. With 9 years of Construction experience, she is the point person for all onsite construction directives and works across all stages of projects including conception, design, construction, completion, and delivery. She advocates for Hudson’s goals during a development project and closely manages the project’s budget and schedules. Prior to joining Hudson in 2021, Angelica was the Project Manager for Katerra Construction managing various residential and mixed-use projects.

Julio Tenempaguay
Staff Accountant

Julio is a Staff Accountant at Hudson Capital Properties. Julio is responsible for preparing and reviewing financial information by managing account records, processing transactions, updating financial reports and working closely with the Controller and the Vice President of Construction Finance in financial accounting. Prior to joining Hudson in 2020, Julio worked as an Accounting Assistant focused on recordkeeping at Computer Resource of America.
